3. Refund Process via Marketplace

All purchases are processed through third-party platforms such as Etsy, Gumroad, Whop, or similar marketplaces.

  • Refunds will be handled according to the specific policies of the platform where the purchase was made.
  • Customers are encouraged to submit refund requests directly through the respective platform's official system.
  • We will cooperate and provide necessary support to facilitate the review process.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not granted in the following situations:

Change of mind after purchase

Failure to follow setup instructions
Incompatibility with unsupported environments
Minor issues not affecting core functionality
